1. What skin types are Skinoele products suitable for? All Skinoele formulas are crafted to be gentle and hydrating—ideal for all skin types, including dry, combination, and sensitive skin.


2. What is the recommended order of use? For optimal results, follow this 3-step ritual:


HydraNue de Rosée — Cleanser


Collagen Infini Nectar — Serum


Ondée Veil Gel — Moisturizer Use daily, morning and night, on clean, slightly damp skin.


3. Can I use Skinoele with other skincare products? Yes. Skinoele layers beautifully under SPF and makeup and can be used alongside most skincare routines. For stronger actives (like acids or retinoids), we recommend spacing products as needed or consulting your dermatologist.


4. Are Skinoele products vegan and cruelty-free? Skinoele is proudly cruelty-free—we never test on animals. However, Ondée Veil Gel contains snail secretion filtrate and is not vegan.


5. When will I see results? While each skin journey is unique, many customers notice their skin feeling more hydrated and refreshed within the first few uses. Visible improvements typically appear with consistent use over 2–4 weeks.


6. Do the products have a scent? Each formula features a light, natural aroma derived from ingredients like rose water, cucumber, or botanicals. We do not add heavy synthetic fragrances.


7. Can I use Skinoele while pregnant or breastfeeding? Skinoele uses gentle, hydrating ingredients, but we recommend consulting your physician before introducing any new skincare products during pregnancy or nursing.


8. Where do you ship, and what are the rates? We currently ship within the U.S. only, using USPS for all deliveries. All orders ship within 1–2 business days.

9. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at Support@Skinoele.com.


10. Do you accept returns? Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for opened products. However, your satisfaction is our priority:


Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will gladly send a free replacement. Just email us at Support@Skinoele.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
