Refund & Returns Policy

At Skinoele, every order is prepared with care and intention. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products.


However, we are committed to making it right if your item arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect product.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at Support@skinoele.com.


Please include the following information:


Your full name


Order number


Clear photos of the damaged item or the incorrect item received


Once reviewed, a replacement will be issued if eligible. Skinoele will cover all shipping costs associated with sending a replacement for a damaged or incorrect order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located, please file a lost/stolen claim with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). After filing, email us your claim number at Support@skinoele.com, and we will assist with a resolution.


Product Sensitivity or Reactions

Everyone’s skin is unique. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult your physician. Once you’ve done so, feel free to reach out—we’re here to support your skin journey.
